The Tatas, already an official IPL partner, are being seen as front-runners as BCCI looks to raise over Rs 300 crore in the middle of a raging pandemic. With the Indian cricket board also set to bring in two more official partners - expanding the pool from three to five - the IPL is set to make up almost 75% of what it ended up losing in the wake of Chinese mobile manufacturer Vivo India's exit.
