Sports Authority of India’s (SAI) high-powered six-member committee, headed by secretary Rohit Bhardwaj, has come up with a detailed ‘Standard Operating Procedures’ (SOPs), outlining a series of measures for reopening the SAI training centres and National Centre of Excellence (NCOEs) across nation once the curbs are lifted.
