Operations at NCA have been under the scanner for some time now and the handling of Wriddhiman Saha's injury has put a question mark on its relevance. NCA COO Tufan Ghosh, brought in to play a key role in setting up the facility and creating a centre of excellence, said, "I can't give you the details but we are already in talks with a leading university in Bengaluru."
