Testing high-voltage circuit breakers presents a different set of challenges, such as several interrupters per phase and long distances between drive cabinet and main contacts. The combination of CIBAN0 500 and the main contact modules CB MC2 allows all tests on a circuit breaker to be performed with one test setup. Once they're set up, these simple and clear test connections do not require any changes throughout all of the tests (static and dynamic contact resistance, timing, under-voltage condition and minimum pick-up, as well as coil/motor current analysis).
